How to summon the legendary champion from shards?

There are no “secret techniques”. Everything is decided by luck and the compensation system.

Periodically (1-2 times a month), developers include x2 chances to get a Legend or Epic champ from shards of a certain type (Ancient, Void, or Sacred). It is recommended to save up shards before this event and then unlock them under raids.

The eternal problems of Legendary Heroes in Raid: Shadow Legends

Newcomers often think that legendary champions are the key to success. However, it is far from being so. No hero will help if the player does not understand the basic mechanics, does not know how to form a team correctly, and does not analyze the opponent’s skills.

The biggest problem with heroes is books. For a character to get his full potential, you must improve his skills to the maximum. But here’s the difficulty: getting Legendary Tomes is extremely difficult. A player with a donation will not be difficult to buy them in the stock in the store. But free-to-play raiders can count on the strength of 1-2 books a month and 2-4 in the late game, which will get to for years.

So is there a point in fusing a legendary hero out of shards if you don’t have the necessary resources for books? Isn’t it better to hunt for a top epic or rare champ whose skills improvement will be much cheaper? That’s a rhetorical question.

Another issue is “painting”. That is not enough to pump a cham for 6 stars – it also needs to develop all 6 stars to unlock 3 attribute slots (ring, pendant, banner), an additional skill effect (not always, but often), and get a performance boost. The trouble is that to develop heroes; you need primarily big elemental potions and arcana obtained on the top floors of Citadels.

A beginner would have to craft them by mixing them for silver. And that takes much longer and requires a colossal waste of silver.

Legendary champions are not always good. Take, for example, the same Pyxniel from the recent fusion. The grades are simply disgusting, as the hero is not particularly useful in any existing locations.

How to make a Legendary Hero from an ordinary one in RAID?

It’s impossible. Even if you upgrade an epic champion to rank 6 and entirely “paint” it, it is still an epic champion. So the only way to transform is to use the hero for a fusion. Usually, you need 4 epic heroes to create a legendary champion, which requires 4 rare champions each.

Just play. A legendary champion is not a necessity. There are dozens of rare heroes that are cooler than many legendary champions: Kael, Athel, Frozen Banshee, Warmaiden, Executioner, Ruffstone, Soulbond Bowyer, Grinner, and many others.
