Tier I – Stuart III
Among the tanks of the first rank, the light Stuart III is the best. It has armor protection of 38 and 25 mm and a crew of 4 men. The main gun is a 37 mm cannon with a stabilization system that levels the sway when aiming during movement. It is ideal for maneuverable battles with light and medium tanks. It has 106 rounds of ammunition and a reload time of only 2.9 seconds when fully pumped.
Tier II – Churchill I
Churchill I is the favorite among the second-rank tanks. It has a low speed of movement. However, the turret’s armor protection is 102 and 89 mm, so it can only be hit by a side attack. It is designed for a crew of 5 men.
The cannon is 40 mm and has 150 shells of ammunition. The maximum pumping speed of reloading is 2.8 seconds. Vertical guidance is only in the range of 15 degrees, so it is unsuitable for fighting aerial targets.
Tier III – Churchill VII

Tier IV – Conway

Tier V – Centurion Mk 10
The Centurion Mk 10 is the best tank of the 5th rank. Its turret has a 152 mm armor protection hull – 76 mm. The main armament is a 105 mm cannon.
The tank uses APDS and HESH class shells and automatic machine guns. The crew is five men. Centurion Mk 10 is distinguished by its long-range and powerful armor. It is among the most challenging opponents for all rank 5 and 6 tanks. It is moderately mobile, with a speed of up to 39 km/h.
Tier VI – Chieftain Mk 10
The best tank of the sixth rank is the Chieftain Mk 10. Its main feature is one of the most powerful in the game: turret armor protection of 280 mm. Any Camor shells are not dangerous, but the cumulative hit, even for such a tank, should be avoided—crew for four people.
The main gun is a 120 mm artillery cannon with a stabilizer. Target fixation works perfectly, even at maximum speed. There are also two machine guns: one conventional and the second pair. The latter supports using smoke shells that give camouflage for 25 seconds.
Tier VII – Challenger 2 (2F)
The Challenger 2 in the 2F modification is the most protected tank in the game, for which it is considered the best among the vehicles of the 7th rank. The turret is protected by 270mm of solid armor, while the hull is protected by 135mm. Despite its weight, it can reach speeds of up to 66 km/h.
The tank is maneuverable and easily evades enemy attacks. Its crew is four people. The main gun is a 120 mm cannon with two auxiliary machine guns. The cannon has a two-axis stabilizer, which reduces rocking horizontally and vertically when moving at any speed. The only disadvantage is a small ammunition reserve of 50 shells, but to survive a battlefield encounter with the Challenger 2 is almost impossible for all tanks of lesser rank.
Tier VIII – Challenger 3 TD
The best tank of rank 8 is the Challenger 3 TD prototype. The UK has not yet adopted it, but you can try it out in War Thunder based on data from the Life Extension Program. The tank is equipped with a 120mm cannon and two machine guns.
The turret’s armor protection is 270 mm, and the hull’s is 130 mm. The crew is for four people. The tank can reach a speed of up to 99 km/h.
