How to activate promo codes on PC

1. While playing, press “ESC”.
2. Press the “Settings” gear.
   
3. Go to the “Account” section.
4. Select “Redeem Code”.
   
5. Enter the combination for your region.
   
6. Receive the reward in the mailbox.

How to activate codes in the browser

To activate the code in your browser:

1. Go to the official Genshin Impact website to the “Redeem Code” section.
   
2. Authorize your game account where you want to receive the reward.
3. Enter a promo code, and specify the server and character name.
   
4. Get the rewards in the game. They are sent to the in-game mailbox.

The activation procedure on the phone is similar.
