How to Redeem Promo Codes in Arknights: Endfield
You need to complete the tutorial prologue (“Process: Cold Start”) before you can access the code redemption menu. Once you’re past that, follow these steps:
- Launch Arknights: Endfield and log in to your account.
- Press Esc on PC (or tap the Menu / Cog icon in the top-left corner on mobile) to open Settings.
- Go to the Platform & Account tab.
- Click the Go button next to Exchange Code.
- Type or paste your promo code and press Confirm.
- Open your in-game Mailbox (envelope icon) and claim the rewards. Mail expires in 30 days.
Note: The mailbox feature unlocks shortly after the tutorial. If you don’t see the envelope icon yet, progress a little further in the story and it will appear.

Why Is My Code Not Working?
If a code isn’t going through, the most common reasons are: the code has already expired, you’ve already redeemed it on your account, there’s a typo in the code, or you haven’t completed the tutorial yet.
