Tier I – Gladiator Mk II
The airplane handles steep and continuous turns very well—that’s its main feature. Play through a set of height advantages.
Sluggish twin-engine planes (Ju 88, Ki-45) are priority targets for “hunting.” You should beware of Ki-27, N1K1, and He 51. They are too maneuverable, and shooting them down will be a challenge.
Tier II – Wellington Mk X
Another ship that plays off of air advantage. Unlike the Gladiator Mk II, it is variable – you can bomb enemies at low altitudes without problems.

Tier V – Meteor F Mk 8 G.41K
The Meteor F Mk 8 G.41K is Britain’s most versatile ship. It is suitable for combat against both ground and air targets. Armaments are competitive: 20-mm guns “cut” armored personnel carriers and aircraft, and light tanks are ideal for suspended shells.
The Meteor F Mk 8 G.41K has excellent engines, a reasonable rate of climb roll rate, and does not lose performance when carrying bombs.
Tier VI – Jaguar GR.1
A robust strike aircraft capable of carrying up to eight 500 kg bombs, the Jaguar GR.1 features moderate speed, good maneuverability, and vast possibilities for supporting teammates. The big brother of the Jaguar GR.1, it does everything the same, but better. The thermal imager here is more excellent than the Jaguar from the previous tier, making it much easier to find targets at high altitudes.
The ship has similar problems. It loses speed quickly and takes a long time to gain it.
Tier VIII – Tornado GR.1
Aircraft is for team play. You can also play solo, but then you need to focus on enemy bases and keep low to the ground.
It should be as low as possible because if the ship is spotted, it will be wrong. Fending off the pursuit on the Tornado GR.1 is a bit difficult – 20-mm cannons can fight back, but the caliber for such situations and the device of the eighth range is frankly tiny.
