Airplane battles in War Thunder are spectacular and unique. Different nations offer this type of transportation. Some of them are better in the game than others, so it is helpful to understand this issue in more detail: the right choice can turn the course of the battle in the right direction.
Great Britain
British Aviation will suit both beginners and experienced gamers. Fighters and bombers have unique abilities: they quickly rise into the air, maneuver, and facilitate the performance of combat tasks. It is worth evaluating the power and strength of bombers. The available options are listed in the table.

Both “Messers” and “Foki” show themselves well in battles. But to choose the best variant for your own gameplay style, it is better to try each one.
USA
American equipment, in this case, is the best choice. It is capable of high speed, has good firepower, and is survivable. Only the control system is complex for beginners to adapt to – it is better to train on other vehicles.
The game of American aviation is based on tactics: approached the enemy, hit, flew away. To destroy the US fighter, enemies must spend all the ammunition, which is often insufficient. There are two categories of equipment:
- Army, mostly security bombers. They are rugged and have good ammunition.
- Navy, which is excellent in the air. They can be additionally equipped with missiles and bombs.
American bombers in War Thunder also deserve attention: they are protected and can carry powerful bombs.
