This Agreement defines the terms of use by Users of the materials and services of the website https://gamecodecity.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
- General Conditions
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is deemed to have joined this Agreement.

- Other Conditions
3.1. Any possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the country where the owner of the Website is registered.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing agency relations, partnership relations, joint activity relations, personal hiring relations, or any other relations not explicitly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Website Administration.
3.3. The recognition by a court of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in the event of a breach by any of the Users of the provisions of the Agreement does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and protect the copyright for the protected materials of the Website.
