How to Find Reports and Stashes of Military Stalkers’ in Stalcraft – Guide 2025

In Stalcraft, there are several quests related to military stalkers’. Due to the similarity of the names, they are often confused. This guide will explain in detail how to complete the three missions:

• “Military stalkers’ Reports”;
• “Stash of the dead military stalker”;
• “Military stalker’s Quest”.

For reference: military stalkers are soldiers who, after serving in the Zone, signed a contract with the army. They are involved in the entire plot of the game, providing players with quests with valuable rewards.

Reports of Military Stalkers

Brusilov issues this side quest. Its purpose is to collect 10 tapes with military voice recordings, each revealing essential details. After finding the audio recordings, the pursuit is renamed. Accordingly, the first mission is called “First Report.”

How to Find the Tapes?

• 60,000 rubles;
• 700 reputation points;

The Stash of a Dead Military Stalker

This small quest is related to the main storyline, “At the Call of Duty,” from the faction Frontier. You need to find the backpack of a dead military man in the location Barrier (Northern Zone). Hidden inside is the equipment of a fighter of the organization Covenant, who was intended to carry out a mission to infiltrate the structure undercover.

Be sure to use the signal scanner and detector to interact with the backpack. Check their charge levels beforehand.

Stages of Execution:

• Travel to the area indicated on the map;
• Activate the signal scanner and detector;
• Set the average search radius and wait for the end of scanning the area;
• Take the candle and walk towards the street toilets;
• Find and search for the backpack in one of the holes;
• Return to Peregrine to complete the quest.

Military Stalker’s Quest

This series of quests starts with Staryevshchik (if you are a stalker) or Rubaka (if you are a bandit) – to appear the latter and fulfill his quest on Kordon.

Approach the character corresponding to our faction and start a dialog, choosing the desired sequence of phrases.

For stalkers:

Based on the two conversations, it is clear that an unknown group attacked a group of military personnel in the Junkyard area. In response, the military organized a raid in an attempt to find the attackers, but they were unsuccessful.

Next, go to the Bar to the Military and select these lines:

A military stalker will offer you money to help you find unknown fighters. At the end of the conversation, you will get the first quest, “Detective,” to search for strange things (explosives, shell casings, shot-off tubes) at the location of the Dump.

The sequence of actions:

• Head along the marker towards the railroad tunnel;
• Jump on one of the train cars – inside it, there is a wooden box with artisanal RPG shells and a note: take the items;
• Head back to a military stalker.

After you give the found items to the military man, he will need to clear the camp of bandits/stalkers (depending on your faction). He will give you the penultimate mission “Cleanup”:

• Destroy a group of three people in the Junkyard;
• Search the corpses and seize one PDA;
• Take the iron box/suitcase with explosives from the cabin;
• Return to a military stalker.

The military man will issue the last mission, “Bearing”, to find the transmitter in the Junkyard. Use the SAC to find the device. After catching a signal on the terrain, move along it towards the concrete building, inside of which is a wooden box with the required device.

After receiving the device, the military stalker will advise you “not to hang around the Dump and not to hang around people in white camouflage in the near future”, hinting at quick revenge on your offenders.

As a reward, he will give you:
