The Plot of the Quest
The quest chain starts with the first mission, “Without legs as without arms,” from a disabled stalker nicknamed Marathoner, who sits under a green canopy on the Bar’s territory.
In the conversation, he tells the story of how, being drunk, he suffered from the anomaly “Electro”, as a result of which his legs failed. In order to regain his walking ability, he needs a doctor, who requires money to pay for his services.
At the end of the dialog, he will remember about a hidden chest with valuable items that can be exchanged for cash. You will have to go in search of it.
Step 1: Search for the Stash
Take a scanner and detector in advance — they are useful for finding hidden things. Without these tools, it is impossible to interact with the geocache.
Follow the mark on the mini-map to the location “Army Depot.” Once inside the purple circle, start scanning the area, not reaching the center of the mark. Press “middle” and “on.”
When you arrive at the final location after scanning, you will automatically receive the “Money for healing” task. The backpack lies inside the concrete square slab next to the bushes. Take all the items inside.
Step 2: Return to the Bar

However, it will soon turn out that we have stumbled upon a fraud. Verteiko will deceive Marathoner, leaving him disabled for the rest of his days and stealing all his savings. As a result, the stalker will become depressed and want to commit suicide.
