Where is Kaa in 2024
Kaa sits on a military base on the eastern edge of the Dark Valley. 
In an empty warehouse in the far right corner of the entrance.
After talking to him, we realize that he is not himself. Kaa considers himself a nobleman and is convinced that the inhabitants of the base are conspiring against him. The madman’s first task is to talk to the three soldiers at the base and find out what they are plotting against his majesty. Target NPCs are located nearby and are marked with tags.

After reaching the house, jump to the second floor. We enter the door from the right side; there is a mine on the left side. Once inside, climb on the crates to the left of the entrance.
There is a backpack with useless junk on top.
Take the contents and return to the madman, but he is not at the military base. Instead of him, there is a note with a cipher.
Kaa’s Note
From the text of the riddle, it follows that the new clue should be found in the “Underground Bastion,” and our employer went to the “Abyss of Abnormal Minds.” Run northeast from the base to the abandoned bunker. 
Jump down and see the entrance to the tunnel. To the right of the entrance, we find a backpack with another clue.
The note contains a code that we will use to confirm our identity when we meet him. Take the note and go to the bar that Kaa called “Abyss of Abnormal Minds”. The NPC is sitting behind the crates to the right of the bar entrance.
We call the password “The King’s Treasure.” Kaa recognized us and gave us a small reward for the work done: 5000 rubles, 10 tools, 100 scraps, and a white artifact called a “battery.”
Now, the Kaa is sure that one of the stalkers in the bar belongs to the Sanitars and sends us to deal with him.

The End of Kaa’s Quest
Please go into the bar, find Rook, and talk to him.
During the conversation, it turns out that Hrach is really an orderly. After that, the player has a choice: give Kaa to Hrach or kill Hrach. We do not advise you to choose the first option because if you leave the Kaa alive, he will provide more quests in later locations.
Rook will not meet us again, so the choice is obvious.
Violence is forbidden in the bar, so we will have to act more cunningly. Nearby, two NPCs named Bandit and Stalker are having a drink. We talk to both of them and tell them that Rook is carrying a valuable artifact. One of the guys will agree to help us rob him. After that, all we have to do is wait for Rook to leave the bar.
As soon as Hrach leaves the bar, a trigger goes off, and his corpse spawns in the nearby woods.
Find the body and search it to confirm his death.
Return to Kaa with good news. The madman gives out another reward.
