The Oracle gives the mission at the Condor base after the player finds three dead stalkers attacked by mutants. Oracle says that he knows the approximate location of the source of the trouble and gives the coordinates to check.
Preparing for the Mission
In addition to the usual set of armor, artifacts, and ammo, before going to the underside, check the psi defense.
The most available artifacts for protection against psychic damage are Ghost Crystal and Crystal. Placing a couple of these artifacts in a container, even of white quality, will give the character 20-30% protection from psychic damage, which is enough to complete the quest.
How to Find the Lair of the Beast in Stalcraft
The first part of the search is not difficult because the game puts a mark on the map, and we only have to run to it. We will have to run long enough, about five minutes. On the mark, we will find a dog box with a warning sign. 
Crawl inside the booth and teleport to the PVP location. Here, we need to find a large bubble in the center and enter it. The location is small, and it wouldn’t be hard to find the bubble if it weren’t for the other stalkers and bandits. You will most likely die several times in this arena, so don’t take anything valuable with you that can fall out of your backpack. 
The bubble moves the player to the backside. The location is covered in thick fog, which makes it difficult to navigate. Exit the first house and go down to the destroyed bridge in front of the giant construction site.
Walk forward through the construction site until you find yourself in front of the construction cranes.
Our task is to get to the other side and go down. Here we are, waiting for the most difficult moment in the whole task of killing the beast in Stalcraft. To get to the first construction crane, you will have to jump into the anomaly “Funnel”, which will push the character up. From the first time, correctly calculating the run-up and getting on the narrow bridge is impossible. Morally prepare for the fact that in this place, you will have to die several times.
While jumping, the player will be attacked by lights. There are a lot of lights spawning, but they do almost no damage. If you have collected protection from mental damage, you can ignore the flames. Fires are killed with a single round, so shooting them off will not be a problem, either.
There are dog spawn points scattered throughout the level. In the past, dogs appeared in packs and posed a serious threat. But in 2025 the Iznanka quest in Stalcraft was reworked, and now these beasts also drive off with one shot to any part of the body. The main thing is to spot them in advance so that you don’t get a sudden van shot.
Run through the construction cranes and jump down on the crate.
Turn right and run straight through the fog-covered corridor. Here, as well as in the entire location, generously scattered anomalies, so do not spare bolts.
Climb up the stairs and get to the platform, from which you need to jump to the stairs on a thin board.
After climbing the ladder, turn left and run to the end of the bridge.
Jump onto the suspended box on the left side, then onto the platform at the bottom, and from it to the ground.
Run straight ahead, killing or dodging dogs along the way, until you reach a tall scaffolding. 
Climb to the top. After climbing up, we get to a room with a lot of anomalies and a pack of dogs.
How to Kill the Beast
This is the easiest part of the quest. The whole difficulty was parkour and dodging anomalies along the way. We kill the dogs and carefully walk between the anomalies to the cage at the far end of the room.
The mysterious beast sits in the cage. It looks no different from the other dogs and can’t get out of the cage. All we have to do is shoot the helpless creature at point-blank range.
As soon as the beast dies, the player is teleported from the back to the dog box, where the quest to kill the beast begins. Then, all that’s left is to run to the Oracle and turn in the quest.
Oracle will praise the player for completing the task and will give him a suit with good characteristics for a novice stalker.
